Default How to define hoster priority

Settings > Packagizer is like this:
**External links are only visible to Support Staff**

Intention: instruct JDownloader2 to choose uptobox.com as first option whenever a link to it exists on the links list.
However, this is not happening - other options are being picked first to start download even though there's an upload.com entry on the list.

@pstrg:
1.) Please know that those rules are only applied when you add the links. Once in list, changes will not be applied!
2.) you can give hints with priority to tell JDownloader which one to prefer next but in background JDownloader will try to optimize the next candidate/link to download, eg by choosing a mirror that does not require captcha or has premium

can you provide example links?

Thank you for the answer.
I'm aware of both 1) and 2) and while preparing the images to send I was able to spot what happened: despite uptobox.com being among the hosters list, the file was not available on it (temporarily or permanently), so JDownloader2 picked megaupload, the next one on Account Manager.

@pstrg: there is no order in account manager but yes, if both links are mirrors and one is (temporariliy) unavailable, then JDownloader will automatically switch over to next best candidate
so the topic is solved for you?
