Changing the default folder will work for new packages only or packages still in LinkGrabber.
It will not change for packages already in "Download".

Ok thank you now i understand why. But we must restart JD to change the default folder and all the links in the linkgrabber are lost so it's useless. If it does not work also for files in download it means that we can not change the folder when we use JD. Good to know it but it's not practical ("pratique" in French) i think.

LinkGrabber links are not lost - jD now saves them between sessions.
To see the changes in destination directory - activate column "Save To" in LinkGrabber.

Moreover you can select all links and packages right click ->Properties ->Download Folder

Use this to change the downloadfolder of packages that are already in the download list.
