What Jiaz indicates is on JD main toolbar, there is a button with checkbox 'Enable/Disable all Accounts' with this unchecked JD wont use your accounts in account manager to download.
logs show that account is required to download, since non are available doesn't start.

Cannot download from Fboom
Hello. Until 5 or 6 days ago everything was OK with Fboom in Jdownloader. However, since then, each time I open Jdownloader 2, all Fboom links in the file list show the message "Download limit has been reached" in the "Status" column, and I have not been able to download anything. However, I tried copying one link and pasting it in Google Chrome, and it worked perfectly. So this seems to be some issue between Jdownloader 2 and Fboom. Could you please fix it? Thanks a lot!
