I am subscribed to a torrent service that allows me to have torrent files downloaded to a private server for direct download. I would like to know how I can have JD deep-crawl the links in the event that the torrent contains a lot of loose files and sub-folders.
Thanks. |

Send example links to support@jdownloader.org and we can check/provide further help.
Without example links we cannot help you

Thanks, Jiaz.
Sorry for the delay...I had to make sure that it was okay for me to share the links. I have sent you an email with some sample links. Thanks, again. |

Hi, Jiaz.
Apparently, something has changed and this has stopped working. Now, no files are being detected at all. Would it be possible to send you another example link to see if you can incorporate an update that will fix this? Thanks! |

Thank you, Jiaz.
I have sent you another email containing my log file ID information, as the latest update does not seem to resolve the issue, unfortunately. |

Hi, Jiaz. It's working! Thank you!
That said...unfortunately, the crawler is no longer working, so only individual links can be detected/downloaded. This poses a problem when torrent files are not archived, but instead, contain multiple files inside of multiple sub-folders etc.. Would it be possible to fix this so that the crawler can work like it did before? Thanks again so much. |

Please provide me login to rpnet and example links, then I can fix that. Yes, that got broken becaue I did not find a way to differ between file/folder links. Easiest way would be to provide me the logins to rpnet so I can create those urls myself. I cannot use yours because they are bound to IP. Send them via e-mail

Hi, Jiaz. Thanks for getting back with me on this.
I will need to open a support ticket with RPnet to request permission as I believe that sharing login details is against terms of service. I will let you know when I hear something back. Thank you! |

If you want to wait for confirmation, that's fine but I'm sure they wouldn't even notice it

You could create a logfile after adding a folder link and send me the logID, then I can check if I can see difference and fix it without access to your account.
Simply add a file and folder link, then create log
