@Agnostos: Check Settings-Plugins-search for youtube
Works fine for me. Please note that you need ffmpeg for higher resolutions

Which settings of youtube plugin exactly?
And i have install the ffmpeg plugin because at other videos it shows me normally the 1080p choice of video at this video link doesn't show it to me. And how i can customize the youtube plugin so it does appear me ONLY ONE line with every resolution of video i can download. Because now it bring me more than one lines. I have a problem that occurs randomly at downloading youtube files , sometimes the process of downloading the file gets stuck in an infinite loop where a few bytes gets downloaded from it then it resets to zero then downloads a few bytes then resets to zero and so on forever in an infinite loop in random times and random files , it can take few hours or even a full day until the process returns to normal again for this single file , Other Files works fine until it some randomly encounters the same problem , , I want to note that if the "stucked in infinite loop" file is at 720P then the same file at other resolutions will download fine and normal , Also deleting the file and recapturing and redownloading it doesn't solve the problem in instant , so is there anyway to refresh things at Jdownloader so that the 720P version gets back to normal again , I can't give example files because it is completely normal but i can give you a log of it

@Agnostos: In settings you can customize what formats/codecs/resolutions you want. So you can deselect all you are not interested in. At the bottom you can find default groups where the best one is automatically selected. In case you need further help with this we can also offer teamviewer support. Just contact us via support@jdownloader.org

@Chillout: Check firewall/AV.
Server responds with Content-Length: 215580 but connection is aborted after 722 bytes I also suggest to set max connections to 1 for testing

Agnostos:
You mean the Youtube Plugin Settings option? How to you exit JD? Is only this checkbox affected, or other youtube plugin settings as well?

The question from PL forum:
When adding channel - decrypter first adds to the Linkgrabber the oldest files. Is/Was there any option for adding the files in reverse order - from newest to oldest? |

@testtest12: Your JDownloader installation is totally broken. Did you upgrade from JD1 recently or why are there many many issues that can only happen with old JD1 plugins?
I suggest to delete Core.jar file and the folders 'tmp' and 'update' and start JDownloader

I'm having similar issues to testest12. Muxing youtube 480 or 1080 always fails. 720 succeeds. Deleted the folders and core.jar, reinstalled ffmpeg, and the issue remains. No recent upgrade, and everything worked until about a week ago. 05.11.16 23.14.29 <--> 05.11.16 23.17.12 jdlog://8445881887641/ 04.11.16 19.17.14 <--> 04.11.16 19.17.33 jdlog://2845881887641/ |

@Slam: looks like firewall/av blocks JDownloader-ffmpeg communciation
You can try to disable meta tag support in Settings-Advanced Settings-Youtube.metadataenabled

Ah, you're right, firewall was blocking ffmpeg. Whitelisted it and all is good now. Thanks much!
