[Solved] ALL premium dls capped at 30KB/s

What the title says. More interestingly, I run JD2 and it downs them at full speed, no problem.
Any ideas?

Hosts: RS, NL, RG
System: Win7 64, Java7u5 (32 + 64 bit)

SpeedLimit is set to 30 kb/s or Pause enabled

please check both!

Speed of pause is set to 10KB/s
Speed Limit is set to 0.

Also, only 1 connection is initiated even though I have set it to 5.

sounds like your downloading from rapidshare free and not premium, thats 30KB/sec

remove your premium accounts, restart jd, and add them back again. See if that helps

I replaced Java 7 with Java 6u32.
