Linksammler nimmt Links per drag & drop nicht auf?

Manchmal, wenn ich Links in den Linksammler ziehen will, wird der Mauszeiger so angezeigt:

Die Links werden dann nicht aufgenommen, wie kommt das? Wie kann ich das ändern?
