The fix of this problem will take some more time (no I won't provide any ETA).

In the meantime all you can do is to manually find- and add all single-file-URLs of such folders.

Workaround for this issue which only seems to affect super old URLs:
1. Open that URL in browser and view the HTML code via CTRL + U.
2. Search in that html code for "sharekey=..." and copy everything behind that.
3. Build a new URL with that:

https...mediafire.com/folder/<shareKeyValue>

JDownloader can process that link fine.

Then you're doing it wrong. It is definitely there.

Zero results for sharekey in the source. No idea what I'm doing wrong...

1. Your screenshots is showing your browsers developer console. This is not what I ment. At lwast in Chrome, you can view the html code of a webpage by pressing CTRL + U after opening that website.
2. The mentioned updates have been released a few days ago so your link should work just fine without any workaround.

Although, I am concerned that I can't find the sharekey. Here are my results when using CTRL+U:

Indeed you'Re right - sorry! That "sharekey=" is only present in a page before which quickly redirects automatically in browser so you can never see it.
You need to search for the following term instead (including the "):

afI= "

You can work around this problem by replacing "/?" with "/folder/" before adding that link to JD.
