as title...
when clicking on check online status in some links the web interface says "online check started" but nothing happens..

this is not a link problem but the web interface (thru my.jdownloader.org).

in my download box I have jdowloader setted to not check the online status when adding links.
when I choose from web interface to check the online status of some links or a package, the check didn't start..

I have to remote control my download box, open jd and start the check from the program itself..

I'm sorry but I still don't understand. Linkcheck works fine here. Maybe you can provide example links?

let's do it simple..

take any link and try to do an online check from the web interface..

1. right click on a link
2. settings
3. check online status

web interface says "online check started" but nothing is really started
from the program itself it works..

I'm sorry but I can't see any problem. The one link in question is offline and that is shown in both links.
The webinterface doesn't show any progress during linkcheck like the gui version.

here's 2 video to clarify the problem:

1. **External links are only visible to Support Staff****External links are only visible to Support Staff**
this is from web interface, the unknown status link remain unknown even checking the online status. the button doesn't trigger the check

2. **External links are only visible to Support Staff****External links are only visible to Support Staff**
this is a video made a minute later, same links, from the app itself..
as you see
- all link are still unknown (the web interface didn't do anything)
- checking the online status trigger the check and the link become available
