A linkgrabber filter "isn't a Video file" incorrectly filters out links to mp4 files.

I won't go too deep in the technical detail but basically the item is a video according to linkcheck but according to its URL structure it is not a video so it matches for both.
Yes I agree that is not accurately the user expected behavior but at least you can make it work.
Add the following condition to your rule:
File -> isn't -> currently uncheckable
