Das weiß ich leider nicht, da ich mit der Entwicklung des Addons nichts zu tun hatte.

Hört sich an als hätte dein Firefox Probleme, das Addon zu aktualisieren die Frage ist: Warum.
Bitte hol dir zum Testen mal eine portable Firefox Version und spiele da dasselbe durch. Wird das Addon hier korrekt aktualisiert?
