Even if I click the update button, the highest revision number the About dialog shows is 47256, but the code base is currently at 47385.

Did you stop the CI system because you're currently working on something?

The simple answer is,
A build block exists preventing plugin updates going live, a core update will clear that, but no eta available.

Does this mean that downloading youtube videos won't work until this whole issue is resolved? Links come through as playlists.
