what i try to say is. when i try to download a playlist on youtube. first like in Video Works, but not the rest of playlist. i notice it is because first like start normally like : **External links are only visible to Support Staff****External links are only visible to Support Staff** but inside source code, the other like juste have : href="/watch?v=-sNWKbnaFkg&list=RD4NRXx6U8ABQ&index=2" so Jdownloader do not identify "href="/watch?v=-sNWKbnaFkg&list=RD4NRXx6U8ABQ&index=2" as like because of lack of **External links are only visible to Support Staff**www.youtube.com in front of it. that is where i say that chrome automatically complete link when you click it. and Jdownloader doesnt. is there a plugin who does it automatically ? thanks. |

@sadna93
I don't understand what you mean. If I add your given URL, JD will ask whether you want to add only that one video or the complete playlist. What is wrong with that? Please add a more detailed description of the issue you are having. @Lucretius0000 We didn't do any big changes - thanks for your feedback nontheless! -psp-

I just wanted to add that I think there seems to be a cap of 100 or so.

@sadna93
The "playlist" in your last post is not a normal playlist. It is an automatically generated "mix". Such mixes can contain an infinite number of items which is why we do not support crawling them. I've renamed the title of the previously opened ticket regarding mix-detection. JD should at least display an info-dialog in this case as the current behavior/"playlist-dialog" is confusing: If you want to download items of a mix, I suggest doing the following: 1. Add all desired items to a public playlist. 2. Add this playlist to JD. -psp-

Youtube video update date does not work
Hello.
Something is wrong with a *DATE_UDPATE* in the Youtube plugin. I wanted to have something like this: [*DATE[yyyy-MM-dd]*] *3D* *360* *VIDEO_NAME* (*CHANNEL* - *H*p_).*EXT* This works well. But the date for the movie that downloaded today, and that was published today, was 01 October. So this is the date of uploaded video. Not the published one. But this does not work: [*DATE_UDPATE[yyyy-MM-dd]*] *3D* *360* *VIDEO_NAME* (*CHANNEL* - *H*p_).*EXT* There is a typo as I see but even if it is a typo, maybe this works... but not really. So if I type DATE_UPDATE, the effect is that this not exists as it writes just: [*DATE_UPDATE[yyyy-MM-dd]*]. But if I type a typo version: DATE_UDPATE, the effect is: [ ] for a date. Current behavior:
If a link is already in the LinkGrabber list (in the context of some playlist A) and gets crawled again (in the context of some playlist B), the behavior seems to be the following:
Better behavior: If a link is in the package of playlist A, its *PLAYLIST_POSITION* should be from playlist A, not playlist B. Last edited by eMuse; 02.10.2020 at 17:33. |

Thank you!
Another thing: Packages named as *PLAYLIST_NAME* are HTML-entity-encoded, i.e. they have & instead of & and & # 3 9 ; instead of '. Here's an example: **External links are only visible to Support Staff****External links are only visible to Support Staff** |

Fixed with next update (thx Jiaz).
Again only for items, added after the update! -psp-

I always get the ASR subtitle now, even when there's a proper one, which I never get anymore. Is there a setting in the plugin that I'm not seeing, or is this a bug?

List stops at just over 20,000
I have a new install of JD2 and have only added one link from YouTube, which I know has 82,245 video's (**External links are only visible to Support Staff**British Pathe), Yet, all I get is 20,441.
Why is this? is there something I need to change in order to get all the video's from the channel? Also, are there any logs or anything I need to post to make things easier and how do I obtain such info? I am running Kubuntu 20.04 |
