JD2 Progress bars show 100% wrongly
I'm running the latest (today) JD2 under Windows 7.
See the attached screenshot. JD2 will often show "100%" in the progress bar when, actually, some files have not been downloaded. This difference is visible in the numerical values, but that's easy to overlook. --> It would be nice if the 100% was exactly reliable. It would also be nice if a true 100% came up in a slightly different color. Thanks |

Sure it's not downloaded 100%.
Does this always happen for you? GreeZ psp

"Sure it's not downloaded 100%."
PSP - Was this a question? Yes, I am sure it is not 100% downloaded. At least one file is missing in each case. And the size values show it is not complete. "Does this always happen for you?" I don't think it was happening a month ago. I'm not sure about a week ago. It seems to happen frequently now. --> It looks like a rounding or presentation error in the progress bar % numbers. JD2 clearly knows that some data was missed, so the % should be 99.8% or something like that - not 100%. Thanks |

100% means all enabled links have been successfully downloaded.

All the links are enabled.
The ones that failed to download did so because there is something wrong on the host server (in this case RG). They show up as "Online" but can't be downloaded at this time. So the situation is: all links are enabled; most have downloaded completely; a few have not started; and JD2 shows "100%" for the overall package. |

Maybe another screen shot of one package with all links and all columns will help us to understand.

OK, screenshot is attached. And log posted:
31.08.14 16.40.52to31.08.14 17.10.12 jdlog://7585413173041/ In the screenshot, the third file (ending in ---RT.RAR) did not download, because of continuing problems with the host. However, in the top line for the whole package called "vocal works", JD2 shows "100%". Evidently, the "100%" means that for all the links it tried to download, 100% was done. BUT that is really misleading. --> I think that it JD2 should show 100% only if all of the links requested were fully downloaded. Otherwise we can't trust the progress bar OR the percent indicator. Thx (sorry for the delay in responding... the problem stopped appearing last year when I got a better internet connection). |

Still happening. I attach a screenshot and log is posted as:
04.10.15 14.57.24to04.10.15 18.22.36 jdlog://2595034739341/ The problem is: JD2 shows the progress bar at 100% even though at least one link has not been downloaded. With the link package expanded as shown in the screenshot, it's obvious that a link is missing. However, I normally have all link packages un-expanded in the Downloads window. So this "100%" progress bar fools me into thinking that the job is done. Thus I might delete it, move the destination folder etc. Then later I find out that one or more links was omitted and the whole thing is a loss. And yes, I can see from the "bytes loaded" vs "size" that something is missing, but at my screen res these are hard to read and I have dozens of link packages in the window. Too easy to miss. And I am used to relying on the overall package progress bar. In this particular case the non-downloaded link was enabled, and available on the host. JD2 just didn't download it for some reason. That's fine - but the overall package progress bar should not say "100%" if stuff is missing. Thx, |

As I cannot see the column names. Does "bytes loaded" come first or is it "size" ?
Can you please include the status/task column?
