Default Search/filter files list by name

Is there possible in JD 2 Beta to search and/or filter files list by name (first N symbols, Regexp, ...) and other columns. May be also groups by name.
If not: is there plans to add this feature?

Issue: I have large list of added files and it is not easy to locate necessary files.
Sorting does not help very much.

Also: JD2 sometimes groups wrong:

Is there possible to move file to another group? Delete empty group?

The bottom search bar is not enough for you?

At the bottom in list you have a search field
you can search on filename/packagename... use simple wildcard or regex

bottom bar you can use regex, you will need to enable that feature in advanced 'GeneralSettings: Filter Regex' to filter the first N synbols ^vb2.+ which is what you have done already with wildcards result wise. search at this given time is only applied to the single column that you select 'filename or file package or hoster or comment etc. I've recommended checkboxes for possibilities those so search can be applied across selection (think there is a pending ticket for that)

I appreciate having this feature but it seems to be broken. I'm trying to search in the Downloads list for a title of "heinichen". If I type in "hei" (no quotes) it is found. If I type in more than that e.g. "hein" it is not found.

Edit later: Actually, even three chars don't always work. In one test on "del" some results are returned and others not.

Thanks

EDIT: ignore the above. I found that the default setting is to search on "Filename" rather than "Package Name". Once I changed this the search worked fine. IMHO "Package Name" is a better default since that's what' usually visible. But - I've got what I wanted here too.

Thanks!
