Default Put.io (temporarily unavailable)

Hi,

For about a week I've been having connection issues with put.io. JD will connect briefly and download a small amount of a file then give a temporarily unavailable error. Has been working fine up until this point. Files can be downloaded and streamed via browser.
I have changed the end point server options, all seem to have the same issue.

@smity: set lower max connections You are using 20 connections and server kills/blocks.

set to 1-5 which should be more than enough. more is not always better
of course you may increase and check stability
