Default send.cm limit even after reconnect (slow speed)

i discovered that the send.cm limit for free user traffic (=10gb/day) isn't reset even after a router-reconnect is done.
how do they do this? is there some secret method of "user-hash" or what? i just want to understand this.

@antonhuber: any more context? how do you do router reconnect? from within JDownloader or external, without letting JDownloader do the reconnect? have you verified your findings in browser or is this JDownloader specific?

Also, are you using a free send.cm account or are you downloading without account?

my jd is properly configured for router reconnect (fritzbox) and so my ip changes correctly after a reconnect.

when i discovered this behaviour i used no account at send. in my opinion then the 10gb/day limit should apply. but everytime i did a reconnect send only let me download with max 100kb/s.

at this point i registered an free account without premium traffic and now im able to download without any speedlimit up to 20gb/day regardless of ip-change but in browser ONLY!
im aware that i cant use a free account in jd so i didnt even try this.

right now i cant use jd with send in any proper way.

What makes you think so? I don't see any reason free accounts for this site not to work?!

Have you actually tried it? And really no speed limit in browser? according to their website, there is a speed limit for free accounts in place.

Also you're now changing topic of the thread? first it was about no account and reconnect and then it's about free account support.
Would be great if we can stick to one topic and then move on to next one

So about reconnect. When you do reconnect via JDownloader, what exactly happens? does send.cm directly go into limit error or what?
have you tested what happens in browser at the same time? also I don't understand "10gb/day" and "with max 100kb/s" ? I thought this was about
reconnect and still not able to download? or was it not about "not being able to download" but all about download speed?
if so, please verify download speed in browser as well.

It can be many things. Eg site is reached via IPv6 and prefix did not change and thus no quota reset. Next IPv4 in use is also already limit reached.
Or in browser you're using transparent proxy/vpn without knowing.

maybe would be good to start explaining the actual problem. is it about traffic limit reached = not able to download or different download speeds?
Always please compare with same file in browser (with no account being logged in).

Sry, i obviously confused my explanation. i didnt want to change the topic. i just mentioned the free account to clarify that this is my personal workaround to circumvent this problem.

i activate reconnect in jd -> popup opens with reconnect in progress -> ip change confirmed -> i force any send link -> download starts but only with 100kb/s -> i open file in browser -> log into send with free account -> download through browser without any speed-limit

send's limits are:
free user without account:
traffic <10gb per day = no speedlimit (during "rush hours" its 200kb/s)
traffic >10gb per day = permanent speedlimit of 100kb/s

free user with account:
traffic <20gb per day = no speedlimit (during "rush hours" its 500kb/s)
traffic >20gb per day = i dont know, i never downloaded that much

i know. because of this i didnt open a bug-ticket and posted in general section just to start a constructive discussion. maybe anybody else has discovered this strange behaviour as well or maybe not and the error is on my side.

definitely not. neither proxy/vpn is configured in my browser nor in my router nor at my provider. my router opens a dirrect connection to send. when i check my external ip through websites it matches my external ip in my router.

this is exactly the problem! sry for being inaccurate in my former posts.
i reach the download limit of 10gb a day -> i reconnect -> send still limits my downloads to 100kb/s. and this was my initial question: how do they do this?

@antonhuber: Settings->Plugins->send.cm and change Login Mode to Website and/or login via username/password.
