Default Alterupload.com (1fichier.com) "An Error occured!""

Hi,

Alterupload is one of 1fichier.com's alias domains. Links get grabbed in the LinkGrabber successfully, but download never starts.

Just to make things clear, the links do work fine when downloading from the browser. As well as every 1fichier.com link I try. Only the alias domains are affected.

Example links if needed:
**External links are only visible to Support Staff****External links are only visible to Support Staff**
**External links are only visible to Support Staff****External links are only visible to Support Staff**

It is also possible, as a registered user, to put files in hotlink mode so they behave like direct links:
**External links are only visible to Support Staff****External links are only visible to Support Staff**

But this kind of link triggers the same error in JD.

I was not able to reproduce the issue and the urls from your log are definitly offline.

Please create a new log and post new example urls.

Here's a new log with different files:
21.01.17 13.58.36 <--> 21.01.17 14.04.48 jdlog://7870179150841/

Here are the files I tried to download. They can be downloaded in browser.
**External links are only visible to Support Staff****External links are only visible to Support Staff**
**External links are only visible to Support Staff****External links are only visible to Support Staff**
**External links are only visible to Support Staff****External links are only visible to Support Staff**

I tried different parameters, like switching off features on my 1fichier account that could be conflicting with download managers, but the error persists.

I see ratzoki explained the following:
Quote:
we change the domain from alteruploads to 1fichier
In case the download routine merely change "alterupload" to "1fichier" in the url, then it's not going to work. Because alterupload.com is not exactly an "alias" domain, but a domain with different unique file identifiers. Meaning that
**External links are only visible to Support Staff****External links are only visible to Support Staff**
is not the same file as
**External links are only visible to Support Staff****External links are only visible to Support Staff**

The first one works, the second one doesn't. Because the file id "3vafwb5r6u" only exists on the alterupload domain and not on the 1fichier one.

Okay after contacting their support and fixing things on both sides, I cann call this one FIXED.
Also MLR you are right - the URLs are now bound to the domain although if you have an account e.g. for 1fichier.com you can still download from all domains.
Their cookie handling via browser is actually buggy so right now here, I can download via JDownloader but now via browser.
I've reported all of this to their support.

They will also soon send me a full list of their domains - I will then update ours as well
