Ok, so now I actually really have an issue with the site:

Any Link I add to JD is regarded as offline and JD does not start downloading. I tried adding my credentials as Basic Authentication but this did not help.
Also, both of your links above did not help. VideoDownloadHelper simply provides the same URL which I can copy easily from the website anyways.

I made one very interesting observation though:
- When trying to access a certain file in Chrome it does not work and error out as I am not logged in
- When trying exactely the same in an Inkognito-Tab it will always play the file. I am not logged in within that Inkognito-Tab (same as in the normal Tab) but it still works.

Any Idea how this can be solved?

Just trying this does not make any sense. You should possible first put some time into this topic to even understand what "basic auth" is:

TL;DR:
The website you are using is not using basic auth so trying basic auth out will not help.

Most likely they are checking for the presence of login cookies* and/or also the referer header.
*yes, I did read that according to your tests, you were able to stream the video even in incognito mode!
I'm unable to explain to you why because if it works in incognito mode, it should also work in JD so without doing my own investigation, I'am not able to tell how/why in worked in incognito mode.

To "teach" JD to supply those header information for "killergram.com" direct links, create a LinkCrawler Rule of type "DIRECTHTTP" that matches you direct links and supply the cookies in it.
