The plugin seems to be expired, but it's weird: it keeps telling me every single time it's expired, like, I haven't been able to download a single video from Filemoon, ever

This happens because the website of filemoon.sx seems to be broken and/or at least the file from your log is (temporarily?) not downloadable.
/download/... redirects to a "error 404" page, also according to your log.
This also explains why it was working for me yesterday when I tested it with another URL.

Please check this in your browser and contect the filemoon.sx support to let them fix this.

Me too I have the same problem.
After solving the captcha the following message appears:"server error 404".
Here are some example links:

Looks like the website is buggy?
Replace the "/d/" in those links with "/download/" and try it yourself via browser.

Me too have same probrem, i think this is will happen if you download many videos in short time. i already tested download with browser then same problem still show. maybe best option if jdownloader support download the hls (.ts) video from filemoon then jdownloader can covert the ts file to mp4. (sorry if my english bad)

Nevermind I got it working
Update your JDownloader. All filemoon links should be downloadable now.

If you know in beforehand that you want to download the stream, the captcha can be skipped.
For this, go to Settings -> Plugins -> filemoon.sx -> Preferred download mode -> Prefer stream download

Maybe jdownloader can retrieve ts files from streaming filemoon (not from downloads). maybe it works like jdownloader downloads files from voe.sx.
