Hi,

I've noticed that sometimes, when I'm executing the "Start Downloads" command from the context menu, the package moved to the Downloads panel, but it won't start.

It's rare, but I've seen this issue happening for years.

Today I noticed that I have pending updates. Could that cause this behavior?

I did the same with another package without updating, and the download started.

So it probably has nothing to do with pending updates...
