Have you already tried to remove- and re-add yoiur IG account in JDownloader?

Hi this is happenning to me since today. JD tells me that login cookies are expired and can't download nor grab nothing. I renew the cookies using the browser method and then in minutes the grab and download stops again due the same problem.

I think there is an issue with not found content. I just realized that when i download something that is not available anymore (stories, removed pictures) JD then marks the cookie login as invalid. I think that is because the redirect that IG makes you when you try to access an deleted story

I can imagine how this can happen but I'm struggling to find the place in your logs and I'm unable to reproduce the issue myself. Your log is very big.
Please provide example URLs which can be used to reproduce this issue.

I did not find any offline content in your logs.
The profile you wanted to crawl is online and public and the error happened when the plugin tried to crawl the "Reels" section of that profile.
This is the error which JD got:

Most likely your cookies were really invalid after this message has appeared once.
You can simply check this by Right-clicking onto your Instagram account in JDownloader -> Refresh

linkgraber says that there is no valid Instagram account, when you click on refresh it says that the cookies have expired, and even the browser is logged out

I logged back into the browser, exported the new cookies, went to linkgraber and where it said, "cookies have expired" I right-clicked and clicked on "analyze and download" something like that, and it resolved

You can download all reels from 1 profile, then you have to log in with new cookies

As explained in other threads, it is nearly impossible to determine how Instagram detects bots.
There are some plugin settings you could change to lower the chances of such a ban/logout, see:

Please post a debug-log showing the "plugin defect" element.

Apart from this as explained I can't see any JD failures here.
As seen in your video, the Instagram login-session does in fact expire. This problem is out of hands of the JDownloader plugin.

As explained in other threads, Instagram does use a variety of measures to detect- and block bots.

jetzt möchte ich aber doch noch mal eine Sache nachfragen: Bei mir funktioniert die Cookie-Methode eigentlich ganz gut. Jedenfalls lief sie bis vor einiger Zeit gut. Ich habe z.B. die Request-Zeit niedrig gestellt, damit der Bot mich beim crawlen nicht "erwischt". Allerdings sind nun seit einiger Zeit die Cookies nach nur wenigen Minuten expired - das war früher anders und so muss ich mich nun dauernd neu anmelden. Habt ihr da eine Idee, woran das liegen könnte?

Niedrig oder hoch?
Niedriger Wert = Weniger Wartezeit zwischen den Anfragen = Theoretisch höhere "Block-Wahrscheinlichkeit"

Ist immer schwer zu sagen, da die Bot Erkennungsalgorithmen von Instagram natürlich nicht bekannt sind.
Im Zweifelsfall empfehle ich, es mal mit einem anderen Instagram Downloladtool zu versuchen.
Davon finden sich zuhauf open source Projekte auf z.B. github.com.

Ja, schlecht ausgedrückt, also: hoher Wert, lange Wartezeit.

Die Sache mit den anderen Downloadern ist etwas schwierig, jedenfalls bin ich z.B. beim Instaloader (github?) zu blöd, weil das ja über Python läuft und den Krams kann ich nicht. Alternativvorschläge gerne willkommen :-)

Du meinst wohl eher, dass du mit Kommandozeilenprogrammen nicht zurechtkommst.
Kann ich nachvollziehen, aber im Download-Bereich gibt es abseits von JD nunmal wenige (generische) Download-Tools mit GUI.
An deiner Stelle würde ich mir entsprechende Tutorials anschauen, bis du den Instaloader zum Laufen bekommst.
Ich kann da keine Hilfestellung geben und ob der am Ende besser funktioniert als JD, weiß ich auch nicht.

Wenn du viele verschiedene Profile laden möhtest und alle öffentlich sind, könnte folgendes helfen: Die Brechstangenmethode:
Mehrere verschiedene Instagram Accounts zu JDownloader hinzufügen, sodass bei Fehlern automatisch zu einem anderen Account gewechselt wird bis entweder alle gebannt sind oder alle Cookies abgelaufen sind.
