Declare Completed Upon Check
Hi can you guys make it declare that the files are 100% downloaded if when they scan the directory the same file name is already in there with the same amount of data?

problem with that is websites typically do not give precise filesize information. less than 1% of plugins would give a verified filesize or checksum that you could match against. Most websites advertise size in say MiB or GiB in which they could round units. We convert this back to what JDownloader stores size in (bytes) and this how differences occur.
You can adjust advanced settings to treat mirrors as 100% complete on download and change how mirrors checks are done. Like disable verification of filesize, as it starts the download on non verified hosters to get final link to get final filesize and then terminates connection if same or smaller than one on disk. raztoki

Check settings available under Settings-Advanced Settings-search for 'mirror' and 'GeneralSettings.iffileexistsaction'
