[User feedback required] cant grab the link in ubuntu

hello i am new in ubuntu, i installed jdownloader and i cant grab the links :(
any tips ? i checked in some settings but i cant find what to do, can admin check if everything is ok with teamviewer?

What exactly do you mean by *can't grab the links*? What links do you mean?
Can you give examples? Do you mean you can't add them or download them? If it shows
an error, please provide example links and a log, see https://support.jdownloader.org/Know...d-session-logs

i copy the links i try to paste them in jdownloader and nothing happened...
when i tried this in windows 7 it was grabing the links and normaly copy them to my list in jdownloader....
but now i have ubuntu... and things are a little hard...

Please provide example links! We can't help if we cannot test/reproduce the issue.
JDownloader is the same on all OS, so something must be different with the URL you are trying to paste or the IP/System/Environment. For example cloudflare could be the cause
