In browser you don't use any vpn/proxy extension? that would explain why it works in browser but not in JDownloader

In the browser it works either way.

It works fine for us in browser + JDownloader and your JDownloader receives the error "Niepoprawne dane logowania" so it must be connected somehow to your setup/location. That's why I'm asking for Teamviewer

Sure, I'll do a Teamviewer session when I get back to town (I'll contact you at the beginning of the next year. I'll be busy this year.)

Why wait for Teamviewer *when back in town*? You can reproduce the issue now, so why wait? No pressure, just asking

Try:
1. Remove account in "Account Manager" 2. Do not use email in the username (not allowed), only the username. 3. Add the account again. |

@djmakinera: same logins work fine for us in JDownloader and browser and yet fail for him.

Ticket closed as we are still unable to reproduce this issue and we did not get any new reports.
