Default gofile.io passwords not supported

gofile.io supports setting passwords on uploads, these don't seem to be supported by JD yet.

example links:
1 file: **External links are only visible to Support Staff****External links are only visible to Support Staff**
2 files: **External links are only visible to Support Staff****External links are only visible to Support Staff**
password for both: demo
  1. add one or both of the links above to linkgrabber
  2. set download (not unpack) password to demo
  3. click continue
  4. linkgrabber works in background for a bit
  5. nothing gets added to linkgrabber

you can create such a link yourself by uploading a file on **External links are only visible to Support Staff****External links are only visible to Support Staff**. once you have selected a file to upload the upload and advanced options buttons become visible. on the advanced options you can set a password.
