I was downloading links just fine in JDownloader2 the last 3 weeks, when all of a sudden even though the links are online and that I have a premium videobox.com account with unlimited download limit, the status of the download is: An Error occurred!(videobox.com) and it stopped downloading all links and I cannot restart them. It says within the package: "file not found"

Videobox server responds with
HTTP/1.1 403 Forbidden
How do you add the links? According to log you do add the video links manually which doesn't work because of missing cookies/bound to IP.

You should add the links as expected. Add your account to JDownloader (Settings-Accounts) and then just copy the url from browser and NOT the direct download/stream URL!
