Default windows 7 antivir slow download

i recently upgrade to windows 7 from xp. i noticed slow download speed compared to when using xp. i used antivir. ive add javac.exe, java.exe, jdownloader.exe, jdownloader folder(my donwload folder is underneath jdownloader folder) to the antivir exception. speed is still slow. any hints? thanks.

Add javaw.exe as well.
