Hello everyone,

There's an issues with 1fichier links: they work normally from PC/Android, but when added in JDownloader for Raspberry Pi, the file name shows as "unknownFileName" and the size as "Unknown". Availability is "?". When I try to download the file, it doesn't download it.

I'm using the latest version of JDownloader for Raspberry Pi, is there a fix for this?

I don't think that's the case, the same links work from Windows and Android.

Regarding your PM where you sent your logID:
1. You can post those publicly as only we can access them.
2. Your log does not contain any 1fichier activity.
In fact it is nearly empty and only contains an attempt to start a JDownloader instance while one was already running.

Please re-read our log FAQ carefully, reproduce your problem and provide a new logID.

Thanks for your kind guidance and sorry for the mistake with the log. I made sure to include all the activities done yesterday in the log this time, and I tried accessing 1fichier more than once.

Still no 1fichier activity in that log.
Maybe your installation is broken.
Can you see the entry "1fichier.com" under Settings -> Account Manager -> Add ?
If you see that entry: All good
If not: Wtf

Please manually go into your logs ordner inside your JD install dir and look for any log files with "OneFichierCom" inside the filename.
If you can find some, please manually upload them and send them to me via PN.
If you do not find such logs: wtf

This morning I updated the system (sudo apt update + sudo apt full-upgrade), after that JDownloader updated itself twice and now links from 1fichier work!
If you can find the cause of the problem, just out of curiosity, it would be great if you could share it.

For me, 1fichier.com resolves to a different ip sol you'd need to figure out why it resolved to "88.149.128.114" in your case.

Either way the cause of the problem was not a JDownloader bug.

Now I see what's actually causing the issue, thanks to your comment: my ISP blocks 1fichier, I have a VPN installed with OpenVPN on the Pi, but it seems that JDownloader is not using the VPN settings. How do I make it use the OpenVPN network?

A VPN should not be needed.
Properly configured DNS settings should already do the trick, see:

Regarding OpenVPN:
Usually once enabled it should work OS-wide for all applications. If in doubt, check:
