Is this what you require?

21.08.21 07.05.03 <--> 23.08.21 08.09.32 jdlog://0896825302851/

(I don't know where else to post this data, and I've never done this before.)

p.s.: debug mode was not enabled for log

Youg log is over 500MiB in size which is why it is very hard to analyze.
Please only perform the actions required to provoke the error you've reported, then only upload your most recent log and post your new logID here.

According to you your YT cookies expire very fast so probably you would want to do this:
1. Delete your YT account if one is in JD already.
2. Re-add your YT account to JD and refresh it a few times.
3. Now wait the X minutes it takes for the cookies to expire (according to you) --> Then refresh the account until it gets a yellow/red status in the account manager.
4. Upload your log and post your new LogID here.

Okay, thanks.

How fast do the YT cookies expire?

(The issue has not occurred since the last exit+re-launch of JD client 77+ hours ago.)

@johno4566: That is not supported out of the box and there are no plans for such a feature.
You might wanna try to write/use Script for Eventscripter that does automate this process for you, see https://board.jdownloader.org/showthread.php?t=70525

Hi all JD gang.. i know I ask this before..I apologize if I did...

How can I stop getting MKV VP9 files getting downloaded.Since this is an old computer.They wont play in it.I want MP4 only..

If I go back to redownload it .It will get the MP4 file..

I did and unchecked all the related boxes in the Youtube plugin control center to stop it and it still fetch and downloads them..

PS.What is the issue in fetching only 100 videos only..Not having issues here with it yet..Last night I grabbed 270 videos and a few weeks ago it was 800 plus..

Thanks for your time and thanks in advance..

@wppcproductions: Settings->Plugins->Youtube->there you can change/disable codec/container...
Please know that changes will only affect new added link
In case this doesn't work for you, please provide example links
Playlist pagination is still broken and JDownloader unreliable to *see* the next pages.

Default Numbering YouTube videos in a channel

When I download a YouTube channel with a large number of videos, they all end up in a folder in alphabetical order. I would like JD2 to number the videos as they appear in the channel - ie, prepend the number from 001 to xxx in the order they were originally uploaded, ideally oldest one being #1 and the newest being the highest number in the folder.

Is this possible? Or am I stuck with all videos being titled alphabetically - ie, the original video title.

:confused:

@Sac John:
See Settings->Plugins->youtube, scroll down and there you can customize filename scheme. Above you will see list of all available tags, eg
Quote:
*PLAYLIST_POSITION*
Currently playlists are only supported from newest to oldest, that's how the playlist parser processes the list. Please know that due to a known but, only about 100 items of a playlist are processed

Your advice worked perfectly and easily, Jiaz.

Thank you for the help.

By the way, the workaround for the issue regarding JD2 only processing 100 videos works like this: 1) Click on a YouTube channel name 2) On the channel page, click "videos" 3) On the videos page, click "play all" 4) At the top of the playlist of the entire channel, on the right side of the page, click the top title - ie, "uploads from [channel name]" 5) The playlist will show 100 videos, but when you scroll down to the very bottom, another 100 videos will appear. 100 videos will keep appearing every time you scroll to the bottom of the page, until all videos are shown on the page. This is even true for channels with many hundreds of videos. 6) After you've scrolled down as often as it takes to show all the videos in the channel, go to the bottom of the page and click and drag up until all videos are highlighted. 7) Assuming you have a browser plugin that lets you, right-click on "copy all selected videos". By default, Mac Firefox only lets you copy one link at a time, so you need an additional Firefox plugin to copy multiple links. I assume this is true for other browsers as well.

If you have the clipboard observer enabled in JD2, this will then read all videos in the channel into the LinkGrabber, not just 100.
