extmatrix coming up 'perm offline' but website still up
extmatrix.com is listing as 'permanently offline' in the jdownloader app, but the website still exists. My premium account still exists, and the links still appear to work when using a chrome browser.
Was this a mistake with the most recent update? |

I can confirm this is a problem. I have a premium account, and it works when using a web browser. But when using the account in JDownloader 2, "Permanently Offline: Host provier no longer exists"

Apparently the plugin was deleted by jDowloader team because the extmatrix.com domain is up for sale according to this bugtracker entry....
https://svn.jdownloader.org/issues/87096 This is confirmed with the extmatrix.class file being removed from the latest version Jdownloader. I tried adding the extmatrix.class file from backup but it doesn't work still. Extmatrix seems to be still operating for me. |

Looks like the extmatrix plugin was intentionally removed by the jDownloader team.
https://svn.jdownloader.org/issues/87096 Reason for removal is "domain is for sale" This is strange. The file hoster is still working fine on normal browsers and there's no mention of sale status. Perhaps the jDownloader team made a mistake? |

This is a reply from ExtMatrix offcial,
We didnt't release any domain sale information, we are running our website very well. |

I'm just happy this isn't a problem just for me
Hopefully the jDownloader team re-adds it. Using a web browser to download all these links is a pain. |

I restored a backup copy of JDownloader from earlier this month, disable auto update check and just use that for now. Hopefully the developer can fix this soon.

EXT Still Down on JD; Avail via Browser
best not to rely on the rumor mill when making modifications to your application.
Please re-add the Extmatrix plugin. Yes, d/l from a browser is not ideal. But at least it works that way right now.

We did not rely on rumor. We did check the domain and it showed a *parking, for sale* website and thus we marked it for removal. Can you confirm it's the same website/service and old links/accounts still work? then I will revert the change and restore the plugin.

As the domain details here **External links are only visible to Support Staff****External links are only visible to Support Staff**, the status is still clientTransferProhibited and never changed since 2019-02-20, you might did a wrong research. |

I can confirm that my premium accounts still works. Links from 2013 are also still working. I'm using an older version of jdownloader from earlier this month and the old plugin is still working fine.. |

I did a whois lookup on the domain, and it was NEVER up for sale. Many of us have already reported that existing links are functional. What other evidence do you need???? Maybe the site suffered from DNS poisoning? That still would not be enough to take an aggressive move like this.

Plugin had been restored back, but might need to wait for core update.

@All: we got reports that the domain showed up a *domain for sale* website and we did check and then we put in on removal list.

It's not an aggressive move...the site was not working for us when we tested it and then we removed it. aggressive move would be us to remove the plugin despite knowing that the site still works fine.

Thank you for fixing this. It now works with today's update.

Updating didn't work for me. I had to do the update, delete the account from Account Manager, and then re-add the account.
