Hi,
it seems like you never solved the login captcha.
You have to solve it once to add your account.
You've tried a lot of times so finally it seems like they've temporarily blocked you because when accessing:
uploadgig.com/login/form
... all JD got back was:

I remove the account from JD and add it again but still no solution.

What do you mean by "no solution"?
What happens when you try to add the account?
What happens when you log-out ia browser and try to login again (uploadgig.com)?
Does it work or do you get an errormessage?

Please add a more detailed problem description.
