Default International netload.in problems thread

Ich habe einen Premiumaccount bei Netload. Leider sagt mir JD immer Invalid Account (Wrong Password). Ich habe das PW bereits geändert und kann ich damit auch bei Netload einloggen.

Kann mir jemand helfen?

Default Netload.in plugin doesn't accept my account on Linux

Hi,

I'm running jDownloader on Linux and Windows. My Netload.in Account is working fine under windows but on Linux (gentoo 64bit) it always says:
"Invalid Account".

Log: http://jdownloader.net:8081/pastebin/23903
Latest version from jDownloader.
Already tried to reinstall jDownloader but this also didn't solve my problem.

If you need any additional info I will post it as soon as possible.

Cool

What about a complete and detailed log?

Sorry for asking a log twice. I probably wanted to ask example links.

I don't see any errors in this logfile. This is always reproduceable on this system.
1. start jDownloader
2. go to settings and enable premium
3. right click "refresh accounts"
4. for half a second I see "account expired"
5. the premium settings are greyed out and it says "Invalid account"

Edit:
I tried to to reproduce this on my laptop (also Linux) but there my account is accepted. I synced the whole jdownloader files to my problem computer and retried but also without success.
Can this be a java failure?

Did you already try your account in your browser?

Did you already remove your account from jD, restart jD, and add the account again?

On the website of netload.in the my user name and password are working fine.
I already tried remove, restart and add the account again.

I have to test the jdownloader with a other linux user account. I will post results when I'm done.

Default [Nightly]Netload premium disable itself randomly.

Hello there,
i've got a nasty problem with jdownloader and a netload.in premium account.

Sometimes, randomly and frequently (say once or twice per day), my premium account disables itself, thus downloading all my packages using free netload rules.

The bug appears randomly, there's no apparently specific action that triggers it.
I'm using the following:

JDownloader -NIGHTLY- Build 13261
Java Vendor: Sun Microsystems Inc.
Java Version: 1.6.0_20

Microsoft Windows [Versione 6.1.7600] (Windows 7 32-bit Italian)

Also there's avast, but it's configured to exclude java.exe and javaw.exe from scan, also theres only file-system protection, all others are disabled.
There's no firewall at all.

Deleting and entering again the account data doesn't help.

Full log is attached.
http://jdownloader.org/pastebin/24666
Please look at this issue since netload is widely used and ive got lots of things to download from it.

Thanks!

Is there any reason why you're using the Nightly test version?

Did you already remove your account, restart jD, and add the account again?

If your password contains special characters, please change it.

Does your account work in your browser?

I would also use the JRE update 21 instead of update 20.

Well,
i was using stable version, and had that specific problem very ferquently, then i tried the nightly and the problem disappeared for weeks. then once again it disables itself..

The password is standard letters and numbers no symbols at all.

The account works great in browser.

Let's do this, ill update java and re insert account data. Then we will see.
Ill report in a couple of days,
thanks.

Ok
i've followed your instructions, updated to java 1.6u21 and removed account/restarted/reinserted account.

This morning it was disabled again.

This behaviour was appearing also into stable version, no matter what.

Want me to post another log?

Cheers.

Yes, I think a new log might be helpful along with some example links.

Also send your account data to pspzockerscene.

here ya go, it just happened this morning.

No matter what links, it just happens randomly.
Please tell me if you need something else.
EDIT:
I noticed that when it disables, in the account list it displays the string :"Account is correct". but it's grayed out, once i enable it again and click refresh account it switch back to "Premium" string.

Hi guys!
I have a problem with JDownloader and netload premium account, the fact is that Jdownloader recognize as valid the premium account in the settings, but everytime I add files to download, the countdown starts just as if I hadn't a premium account.
Tried to delete the account settings and re-add but nothing happened.
The premium account is absolutely valid, I used it for 2 days but suddenly doesn't work anymore exclusively with jdownloader.
Any suggestions?
Thanks in advance!

I've once got the same error, but I switch on the account and never got this again.

As we know jd checks accounts every 1/2 hour.
When jD can't verify account - it reports (I've got it when I'm using VPN so my normal connection to the Internet is cut off, but probably the same when 'puter is disconnected from the net or hosting is down):

41 13.01.11 13:42:50 - SEVERE [jd.controlling.AccountController(updateAccountInfo)] -> AccountUpdate: netload.in failed!

Maybe when it lasts more time (for example: 5 hours = 10 attempts to check account) the jD disables the account?
