Default error. punp reconnect not working anymore

hi. i used "upn - universal plug and play (fritzbox, ...)" reconnect method. it worked always but sonce today it stopped working. it isnt reconnecting anymore. (no my router had not an update. but i think jdownloader had some updates, probably?)
and when i use "reconnect wizard", it cant find any script. (for a week ago, i used reconnect wizard and it gave me "upn - universal plug and play (fritzbox, ...)" since then i used this without problems, until today)

so... the method isnt working, and reconnect wizard cant find a new working method.

ok nevermind... it works again.
it was strange though. i turned off upnp in my router settings and turned it on again, then it started to work again.
any ideas how errors like this could happen?

Thanks for the feedback. Maybe some firmware update that changed some internal states and you had to disable/enable it again. So internal disabled while webinterface still showed enabled. Just wild guessing.
