[User feedback required] Unable to grab subtitles from Funimation

I used to be able to rip subtitles from Funimation but now it's not grabbing anything

Please provide example links.
Also please provide a debug log. Settings-Advanced Settings, search for Log.debugmodeenabled and enable it. Restart JDownloader. Try to add and then create log, see https://support.jdownloader.org/Know...d-session-logs
and post shown logID here

i turned off the firewall and uninstalled av and its still not working

Encrypted HLS is not supported. JDownloader cannot download those streams
