Zevera account not accepted
Hello and Happy New Year!
I've been using JD2 for ages and I have a Keep2share account and a Zevera account set up. Both have been working fine until recently. K2S still works OK, but a few days ago the Zevera account was disabled and didn't seem to be able to verify my stored user ID and password. I went onto the Zevera website and logged in with the same user name and password, so my account has not been hijacked. I have tons of download capacity left, and plenty of time on my subscription, so that's not the issue. I changed password, making sure not to use any special characters, and still JD2 cannot verify my account. It's no longer possible to log into Zevera forums, so this is the only place I can ask the question. Is this an issue with JD2, or with Zevera? My JD2 version is Jan 4, 11:36:23. Cheers, SPuD |

Having the same problem here. Even tried uninstalling and installed a fresh copy. Will not recognize user name or password.

I'm having the same problem. I got it to work by closing JD2, reopening and then deleting and re-adding my Zevera account. That worked for part of a day but now it's hosed again.

Cannot login to premium account
I recently upgraded to Windows 10. I reinstalled JD2. I have a premium account with Zevera. I have tried several times to create a premium account in JD2 but it keeps telling me the username or password are incorrect. I can log on using Zevera's website so the username and password are correct. I previously had no problem when using Windows 7.
The Build Date of JD2 is Fri Jan 05 15:57:02 CET 2018 |

Zevera account not accepted
Still not solved here. When I enter my username and password, JD2 just keeps checking if logins are correct. It now never accepts or rejects saying my username or password are incorrect. It just keeps checking forever.

I wrote to Zevera.com and sent them @raztoki's commemt. Here is their response, which worked for me after rebooting my router.
"Dear user, We would like to clarify that the message you mentioned is from a forum and it refers to an incident which occurred many years ago, please always check the post date on such posts, this is not accurate, we are closely working with Jdownloader's developers and looking into this issue. There was an API issue, which was reported as resolved. If the issue persists, you can start with removing and re-adding your account information, restarting the download manager, if still it doesn't work a restart of your router might be necessary so your DNS can restart." |

@cabildobaggins
clearly posts dates are not years old, so that response is from a macro + some newer stuff. my development account works, so I can only go from that. If you have issues please provide DEBUG logs from a session that has failed raztoki

@cliff
your log shows request to api2 works with the first request to homepage, and then timesout for the login request (second) [] -> java.net.SocketTimeoutException: Read timed out then jd tries with api1 (third request), and that timesout also. then error is thrown. raztoki

Thanks for your help. |

connection errors are typically firewall/antivirus on your side
read errors are typically host provider issue. good to see it working again. Just have to keep in mind that Zevera platform as always been unstable and subpar compared to competitors. These issues seem to be systemic raztoki

@cabildobaggins
please remember that login issues are not verbose within logs without debug mode enabled. It would only say login failed and exception cause, though your provided log doesn't show any reference. Maybe you selected the wrong timeframe? raztoki

Enable log debug first. Settings-Advanced Settings, search for debug and enable log debug.
Then restart JDownloader. Once the problem happens again, create new log

log shows server issues causing the account issues.
Either they fixed it or those were just temp. issues.

I've had trouble with my Zevera account, and it appears that the site has closed down without informing anything to the subscribers. As of today, when I tried to access the site, it gives me the following message:
"This domain has expired. If you owned this domain, contact your domain registration service provider for further assistance. If you need help identifying your provider, visit **External links are only visible to Support Staff** Hope this is not permanent. Their service has been miserable anyway, but I don't want to see my payment evaporate... Anyone with the same problem? |

guess give a couple days if its new, though it's rookie mistake not renewing domains.

Website is back online.
Our plugin has been fixed and is working fine again! Keep in mind that you will first need to log in via browser, then go to: zevera.com/account Click on "Show PIN" and use the result as PASSWORD when adding your zevera account to JD. GreeZ psp
