Default Filename is cut off if it contains certain strings

**External links are only visible to Support Staff****External links are only visible to Support Staff** 'B, C.jpg is grabbed as A 'B, C.jpg

The problem is that it's inconsistent, and thus unexpected.

Most links work even if they are not URL-encoded, even if they contain apostrophes, commas, and spaces.

Unexpectedly, these characters in the specific order `', ` don't work. This was difficult to notice and track down.

Why support some links with apostrophes, commas, and spaces, but not all?

Why is the order `', ` problematic, but other arrangements of these characters are okay?

You should always urlencode stuff that you place into an URL

Because ' and " are used as seperator( href="url") in html source and the html parser stops at that character because of that (more complex but simple explained). Spaces should be encoded as well but because of single link per line, it parses the whole line.

You should always properly urlencode your values to avoid any issues and be able to use special characters
