[Solved] Problem installing on Windows 10

I reinstalled my PC with a fresh Windows 10 installation.
I can't install jDownloader.
I get an error that my internet connection dropped out.
Please see attached picture.
There is nothing special with the Win10 installation. It runs only Defender and nothing else.
There is no real problem with the Internet connection.

Please help. I can't live without jDownloader

I forgot to mention it but the example I am showing is of the ad-free installer.

This installer is no longer working. I get "Windows cannot access the specified device, path or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item". It seems this version is the same as the usual version now with Win32/Appwork.A in it.
