Default No manual force DL - start - reset of downloads any more

hello,

i am using JD for a long time and have very mysterious problems since a few days.

when i start JD and there are downloads in the list, they start and finish after some time. until here everything ok.

if there are some DLs which do not start for example because they need a manual captcha, server is busy etc i can not reset and start them manually.

for example, a DL has status "skipped" it keeps the status until JD restart.

manual start / reset / force DL seems to be broken.

any one else with this ?

Nothing has changed for that. What's the Skipped status? You can enlage the column and check the cause. Maybe it looks like it doesn't work but actually reset works but link is skipped right again.
What host is the download from?

problem solved by magic.

what had happend:

start JD
fill download qeue
start downloads

downloands will start, some DLs with asking for a catcha, some will be skipped for example, if 2 or more DLs require a catcha, the 1st one start, the following will be skipped.

the list entry shows "skipped"

usually you could reset and manually force downloads to start those DLs later.

this was not possible any more, even stopping JD did not work, only quit and restart had changed the list entry status.

run windows updates and restart the machine, and today everything was working as it should.

very mysterious.
