Default mega.co.nz It does not download the correct file

mega.co.nz
It does not download the FULL file.
It shows the file size on the disk above 1 GB, but in reality the file has a very small size.

I can download from different servers to a folder
C:\iolo
but - I can not download from mega.nz
some errors, damaged files, too small files, too fast downloading in relation to file size, etc.
I have already reported this before, without any answer.

Code:
Skipped | invalid_destination
Incorrect information:
It shows "Decrypting" (100%) and the link autoremove from the list after the download has finished. So this is a bug.
My setting:
Remove finished download: immediately

So if it removed it should take, and nothing has been downloaded, some false, damaged file.

You log does not show a single decryption/download, all mega downloads immediatelly go to *invalid destination*

I cannot reproduce your issues and also your link has nothing to do with the issue. Decryption cannot be interrupted at the moment but I will add support for it

invalid destination?
The path is correct, the picture shows that it downloads a file (there is progress) https://i.postimg.cc/Ss1W5yMD/Screen...-11-PM-001.jpg. But when finished, the file is unusable. It can not be opened - probably because it is damaged or partially downloaded.
I checked in the browser, all files are correctly uploaded and are not damaged, i.e. the browser can download a good file.
After changing the location, JD2 does not correctly recognize the file because it is missing a partially downloaded *.part file, so it does not download from the beginning, for example, it starts at 30% (when it was interrupted)

You log did not contain any downloads, just the given error. which is clearly a sign that you again once more mix normal user with admin priviliged session....

reset those downloads and start from fresh. moving away the paritial .part file
will of course *fuxx* up your downloads. do not mix downloads via normal user and admin priviliges.

I did as you said, but after downloading the file does not work, it's broken!
The file size is false, it does not contain the entire file!
I checked it on another disk and another compuer. In both cases - the files are damaged.
Cannot play the media File.

Files with the MKV format downloaded by the browser work, and in JD2 are incomplete for some reason.

How do you expect us to help without any logs? How should a screenshot of your media player help?

Please provide a log that shows download + decryption and THEN we check it.

Reason is very simple. Those videos use h265 codec and needs a very recent player.
works fine with modern vlc, fails with older player

No need VLC. GOM Player easily plays any movie (AVI, MKV, MPG, MP4, and many more... etc.), full MEGA codecs are installed. Please do not look at this information.
I just downloaded the same file from the internet through the browser and plays it without any problem.

I give up...download in browser and jd is exact the same. decryption runs flawless and playback requires a player that supports h/x265.
file is the same as in browser. decryption runs flawless. Please learn difference between Container and Codec. doesn't work in older vlc, works fine in more recent vlc.

I've tested the exact file. identical via JD and browser. fails in older vlc, fine in newer

I do not like this program VLC Media Player , it is not very functional and it often creates problems with the playback of a wide range of different files. GOM Player much, much better (!!!) never fails and is much more functional than VLC and always plays video (if it is not damaged)

TEST
VLC Media Player 3.0.6 64-bit (Latest)
Can not play. The program starts going crazy REACTION, some line is jumping.
All file is complete broken, so no program will play it !!!
JD2 gets incomplete files, even though 100%

SCREENSHOT:
https://postimg.cc/ZWWTB6xd

I can download the MKV file (VIA BROWSER) and show in the picture that it works well in GOM Player

I'm sorry but I don't see anything.
of course h265 needs either hardware support or strong cpu.
Browser has h265 support and very likely uses the hardware for decoding.

I can only tell that JDownloader works fine and expected.

Please stop talking about VLC/GOM/MKV...provide real proof that the file is broken by downloading via JDownloader AND via browser and compare them via tools that check for differences.

Jiaz - please confirm my last post.
There, I explained everything why it does not work.

JD2 shows an invalid 1+ GB file size

In fact, the full file takes over 2+GB

In summary, JD2 shows the wrong file size, so everything clear why it does not work :D

Please fix it :D

There is nothing to fix. Please take at least one minute. Open your folder link in browser, click right side to switch to column mode and voila. you will see the file sizes and oh boy...maybe JD does show the truth?

@Jiaz - Anyway, the file downloaded by JD2 does not work, and I do not see why!

The file was downloaded by the browser and works perfectly.

My JDownloader downloads the file correctly with correct hash as your browser.

This is a strong sign that there are hardware issues on your system. Either memory or disk. I would recommend to check your memory with memtest86 and also check the smart data of your disks. Either you believe me or not.

I do not have any memory problems and never had. I use very high quality memory chips. The memories are operational, no errors. The system has been working perfectly for many years and there have not been any failures yet.
The disk also works very well.
Hard Disk sentinel does not report disk problems.
Quote:
The status of the solid state disk is PERFECT. Problematic or weak sectors were not found.
I download from various servers, and I have no problems. All files are 100% integral.
I will have to download through the browser or find some other file manager, because it is not possible to download correctly through JD2.

It is completely different than it should.
Example:
Code:
 [jd.plugins.hoster.MegaConz(decrypt)] -> Decryption-Output-SHA256:6026d1118be55804f4be56ee1d863caa2099fc092dc6f20984e7814b347ecc54

How do you know that you don't have memory issues? I can tell from many threads in forum, others also thought the same. You never had? How do you know that?

So did you test your memory with memtest86, yes or no?
No -> we can close this thread

Would be great to get BOTH important lines
Decryption-Input-SHA256 > Data on disk
Decryption-Output-SHA256 > After descryption

Input Valid -> Output invalid -> Memory issues
Input Invalid -> Disk issues

Yes, I saved it to USB, I started the process and lost a lot of time unnecessarily. After the scan did not detect any problems with RAM.

The file after downloading does not work because "Part status" is not complete. You can see graphically how the file was saved.
There are gaps in the file stream.

@djmarkinera: that is fine and caused by SparseFlag.

Your file in disk:
Decryption-Input-SHA256:82fa12f47f5c728d027e4999f14d514c58b784644c980dac1602516221587b7c

Correct/my file on disk:
Decryption-Input-SHA256:69b77f10c59e5db802c93cfc8345642b085171d7c3d4fb73a841a47266905f73

You're downloading with 3 connections. so either something messes with your connection or your disk c: is having issues

I have several disks, in each case it is similar to the record.
The file does not contain the initial stream, the stream continuity is not assured.

A good file and a bad file, shows the same file size, but the wrong file does not show the length.

Then you have to find the cause on your system. I would start by downloading with 1 connection and check different disks and compare their Decryption-Input-SHA256

you can also try several tests on the same disk and check the input sha256.

Sizes are completely different
Example:
JD2
File Size: 1,14 GB
Progress: 4,49%
Bytes Loaded: 52,37 MB

================
HDD/SSD
Size: 796 MB (file PART)
File size on disk: 5,68 MB

You download with 3 connections! 1140MB / 3connection = 380mb per connection/part
part 1 will start at 0
part 2 will start at 380
part 3 will start at 760
so of course the file is min. 760mb on disk!

Why can't you stop looking for causes when the actual issue is already known. The file is alread WRONG
on disk. So you now have to find out what is causing this!
-either hardware issues
-firewall/av/xy tool messing with connections
-connection issues
-disk issues
-filesystem issues

I download it as a standard through the browser. The temporary file is saved in:
C: \ Users \ XXX \ AppData \ Local \ Google \ Chrome \ User Data \ Default \ Cache
Then it copies the file to the correct location and the file is correctly saved, here there are no problems, and the more nothing blocks AV / Firewall [(No information about blocking the operation, file, etc.)], and the disk does not inform about write errors.
