Default JD2 some problems on fresh install

Hi to all, I've a fresh install of jd2 but:

General - Auto Start Download Option is ALWAYS but download don't start automatically if jd2 restart after upgrade, just a popup ask me if I want to start it, I select don't show again and I push start, but nothing change.

Max. simultaneous Downloads and Max. simultaneous Downloads per Hoster is 1 but if I put more than one file on download, jd2 start all downloads

General - Cleanup After Download Action is CLEAN_UP_AFTER_PACKAGE_HAS_FINISHED but after the download is finished the package remain on list

General - Auto Max Downloads Speed Limit is 200, I tried to change it back to 0, but no lucky.

Any idea?

J

UPDATE:

This's the log when, after the reboot, jd2 ask me if I want to start download
Code:
------------------------Thread: 47:UncaughtExceptionHandler.log-----------------------
--ID:47TS:1438023593046-7/27/15 6:59:53 PM -  [jd.SecondLevelLaunch$6(uncaughtException)] -> Uncaught Exception in: 47=AutostartDialog
--ID:47TS:1438023593047-7/27/15 6:59:53 PM - [] -> java.lang.IllegalStateException: Dialog has not been initialized yet. call displayDialog()
	at org.appwork.utils.swing.dialog.AbstractDialog.getReturnmask(AbstractDialog.java:1168)
	at org.appwork.utils.swing.dialog.AbstractDialog.throwCloseExceptions(AbstractDialog.java:1758)
	at jd.SecondLevelLaunch$11$1$5$1$2.run(SecondLevelLaunch.java:955)
So, after the update process, the download don't start, if I push the button nothing happen, so I push the start button, but no download start I need to force all the download that has not finished, the log says

@Chryses: Sure you have the latest version? Can't reproduce the issue here
Close JD and remove Core.jar and start JD (it will update itself) and create new Log.
We can also do a Teamviewer session if you like?

-> do not combine auto max downloads and max simultan!
-> set this to 0 so jd will use max. downloads
-> set this >0 and jd will start as many downloads until the speed limit is reached

I just reinstalled all! So, now I'm able to download only one file at time, I think it was my mistake on configuration, but the problem on clean up after the package has finished persist. Just tried!

If I download only one package, the clean function works

If I download more than one file, so the package contains more than one file, when the package has finished nothing happen, the package remain with finished status!

If you want you can try

Any idea?

Make sure you set 0 to General Auto Max Downloads Speed
Then set max Downloads to number of concurrent downloads you want to allow
and max downloads per host to 0
Then JDownloader will start as many as possible. Please note that most services only allow 1 concurrent download in free user mode.

Can you provide a screenshot of the finished package? (send to support@jdownloader.org) All links are finished/enabled? Does the package contain archives to extract?
