i am using a vpn and downloading 20 videos at one time that is working good
but i am wounding if thier is a way to make your software not demuxe every single video youtube as the
i7 laptop seems a bit slow but with low cpu usage i think it begging the hardderive two hard

as i have seen other download mnager download youtube videso without demuxing them


not sure if anyone can help with this issue thanks if any one can help

Demux is only done when you select a variant/format where demux is required. Eg extracting audio from video file.
Muxing (combining audio/video) is required for most variant/format because that's the common format (dash) and only legacy formats are still progressive(one file)

well i was just wanting to download the orgnial file quialty the max one aviable unless i have a setting in the youtube pluign settings if you understnad what i am trying to do

Well then this is impossible.
You may be luckyto be able to download lower qualities e.g. below 720p as full files without the need of muxing.

settings > advanced settings > Youtube.externmultimediatoolusageenabled if false no dash
be aware that variants available will dramatically reduced. the setting description = Disable this if you do not want to use the new DASH Format. This will disable AUDIO only Downloads, and High Quality Video Downloads
