Hi,
Wanted to transfer my packagizer rules from one computer to the other.
Comp1, I right click on individual rule or click on export or import, none of them are doing anything. No action after click.

the JD on comp2 works just fine.

How can I solve this issue?

Also/alternatively, you can move your complete config to "computer 2" (better create a backup of the config of "computer 2" too before!), see:
