What you show is NO bug. You compare two different plugin versions and of course they can work differently! So of course! urls may be different.
missing/existing space in Encoding header is fine. This is no bug.

With all due respect, I already talked about it two months ago or and much longer, but can see, with no effect. Mr pzockerscene not see anything in the logs that could provide would cause problems downloading...;)

Quick check of logs:
Current plugin:
GET /photo-nnn_nnnnn, many "You tried to load...".
Old plugin:
POST /al_photos.php, not a single message as above.
What revision is your old plugin?

Downloading takes a very long time, this is the worst possible ideas.
You can not get the most speed of just how terribly low speed!

it is possible to download with 20 simultaneous download at a speed higher than 1+ MiB/s
but the code in the plug needs to be improved !

1 simultaneous.
Defect found in the plug.

BAD:
1 simultaneous = 2 request per second.

Shouldbe:
Max. 1 (!) request

There is no guarantee that it would work properly as before, so many problems had been reported here for each revision.

I am reluctant because of you, almost never grateful but instead, almost always blame that the change is bad no matter that it actually fixes one problem but another problem arise which might not be caused by that change.
