Just started using software and have worked my way through all the basic stuff but am struggling with the Decrypters.

I'm trying to use the girlsreleased one but have no idea how I actually use them.

Any help would be gratefully accepted.

As always, just add the links to the content you want to download and JD will crawl them.

If that doesn't work and the website you are adding links from is plugin-supported, you might want to open a thread in our hoster- or decrypter plugins subforums and report it as an issue.
