Default No Connection to Internet during Update/Install

Attempting to use Jdownloader2 on October 25th didn't allow me update the program nor allow me to download anything saying it had no connection to the internet. Figured it was an issue that would resolve itself, so I waited until the 26th to try again.
However the issue persisted, I searched how to fix but none of the other threads worked for me.

I've fully uninstalled it, deleted their respective folder in appdata/local and cleared their registry paths. I have disabled my firewall and AV upon reinstall but it hits the same issue of "No Connection to the Internet". I even set a permission allowable for the executable through the firewall itself (attached image).

Any ideas on how to fix this issue? It is still persisting as I've attempted an install everyday since and it's the same issue.

This "help" page doesn't help for my issue:

I am on Windows 11 Pro (if that helps at all)

We didn't have any outages of our updateservers so the problem needs to be on your side.
Did you follow the mentioned support article and e.g. run "AdwCleaner" to get rid of any potential adware on your system before trying to install JDownloader?
Here is the link again:

I ran that and it cleared nothing.

I even grabbed normal Malwarebytes (using their free premium trial) and scanned my entire computer, with 0 issues found.
