Default JD 2 (beta) questions / problems

Every time links are grabbed by JD 2 (beta), JD always appeared on top of other windows. How can I set it to stay behind other windows?

I am talking about this JD:

Don't think its possible. It should only update when the final entry of that given task is complete. I've asked for advanced option to turn that off, hopefully it will be implemented soon.

there was a bug couple weeks back where it refreshed after each file been added to linkgrabber == annoying as -BEEEP-

The option has been implemented in the meantime.
GraphicalUserInterface.linkgrabberautoswitchEnabled
GraphicalUserInterface.LinkgrabberFrameToTopOnNewLinksEnabled
