Default keep2share.cc premium plugin An error occured!

keep2share premium plugin
An error occured!
MD5 CRC FAILED

Hello.
I download files using my personal premium account, after the file has downloaded one hundred percent, the program shows in this file An error occured!,MD5 CRC FAILED

This problem already exists on the premium plugin for very long months, please correct.

29.01.19 22.49.09 <--> 29.01.19 22.55.40 jdlog://8143576935451/

I tried to fix this problem by clicking on each file Force Download Start but nothing helps and the problem remains.
I have enough premium traffic at the time of this problem: fifteen gigabytes.

Hi rocky,

this means that these files may be corrupted.
It could also be a failure caused by keep2share if they return a wrong md5 hash.
For photos/videos it should no be that bad as you should be able to play them but for multi-part-archives, you may either get extraction errors or the files, inside may be corrupted.

This is NOT a JDownloader failure!
You can also turn off the MD5 check but we do not recommend this.

Not of ours.
The MD5 check values are obtained from the k2s API.

You can turn it off here:
Settings --> General --> SFV / CRC check when possible --> Disable that.

Disabling the MD5 check will not fix the broken files! Either the file is really broken or the provided MD5 info is wrong

HashInfo:TYPE:MD5|Hash:519948ac0ddd2aa3283f5659e19aadf5|Trustworthy:true|Forced:false|HashResult:fc6 1f46a7bd59abcbc99eb061a916cde=false
So either those files are broken on disk or the provided MD5 is invalid.

How do you know that those files are not damaged? A single bit may change the resulting MD5 and so the file is no longer the original and still may play just fine or the error goes unnoticed.

You should check your memory with memtest86 (do not use windows memory tester) and also check smart values of your disk.

Disabling a check doesn't make them *not damaged*. And as I explained, you can easily check those files yourself and compare the provided hash by Keep2Share with the ones on your disk and if they are not the same, then the file is damaged. Damaged doesn't mean you have to notice the wrong data. But that is something you should check and not *ignore*. That's why I recommend to check memory and disk status
