How to permanently disable this yellow bar on the forum?

I've got no idea where this bar comes from. Not from us. Please check your browser settings/extensions

I checked it out on a clean Chrome installation.
And I still see the same bar, but most of the time I see it in this forum. Closing [X] does not always work.

I chose the "Investigate" option and I have this code:

I've never experienced this yellow bar nor do we have code for it. Also checked source and can't find the html from you

This bar appears at the same time as the notification appears:

I confirm yes, but after some time I get the same message again.
In general, now a directive has come into being, that there are many notifications on many pages and I have to confirm it every now and then, often every time I visit the website.

When accepted, the consent banners sets a cookie and will no longer show. Check your cookies. I have no idea about the yellow banner.
