Default Are those bugs?

Hi all,
I am new to jDownloader. Just using it for the last 5 days.
I like the program but I have found several issues which bother me a lot.
1.
Systray pop up menu (mouse right click)
disappears after few seconds. One must act very fast to select the menu.
2.
'Enable automated Reconnect' menu (systray pop up menu) does not change it's title whether it is enabled or disabled.
How to check which state program is in?
3.
Sometimes, (I need to trace it more closely) jDownloader window does not allow to be moved around. I can minimize it, and restore it and perform inside functions but I cannot drag the window into different location.
The only remedy is to restart jDownloader again.

Using Windows XP SP3 on Pentium dual core computer with 4 GB of RAM.

1) Just move the mouse over the menu when it pops up.

2) When you open the program, there is a blue circular arrow icon at the top with a check box. If it is checked, then Automated Reconnect is enabled. The right click menu has a few problems. This command probably should not be there.

3) I use XP sp3 (Old pentium) and have no problem moving the window around or resizing it. In the OS, turn off "Show window contents while dragging". JDownloader is a big program and showing the contents while dragging is slow.
My Computer - Right click - Properties - Advanced Tab - Performance Settings button - Visual Effects tab - Custom: - untick (remove check) from Show window contents while dragging.

While you are there, you can speed up your system by removing any of the visual effects you do not need (Animation, fading, Shadows, translucent, slide, Smooth scroll list boxes, background images for explorer

Thank you.
I am the software developer myself and it is easy for me to spot what is an unusual software behavior.
